The Ofcom Price Accreditation Scheme  gives consumers confidence and reassurance in a market where finding the best deal can be an often confusing and sometimes daunting experience.

The Ofcom price accreditation scheme logo is awarded to websites that have had their price comparison services put through a rigorous independent audit.

The audit checks whether the information provided to consumers is accessible, accurate, transparent, comprehensive and up to date.

Here are the six sites that have currently been accredited:

Broadband.co.uk (For broadband services)

Homephonechoices.co.uk (For standalone home phone packages and those with broadband and/or digital TV.

Mobilife (For mobile services)

SimplifyDigital (For digital TV, landline and broadband services)
